OUR PRODUCTS

WHAT WE DO

I

Recycled Polyester Staple Fibre

Made from 100 % post-consumer PET bottles, our recycled PET (rPET) resin offers food-grade clarity and a stable IV of 0.76–0.84 dl/g, matching virgin PET in bottle-to-bottle, sheet, fibre-spinning and thermoforming lines while cutting carbon emissions by up to 70 %. Each pellet is hot-washed, decontaminated and finely filtered for low acetaldehyde and excellent colour, and the product is fully certified—GRS, ISO 9001/14001, ISCC, OBP (Ocean-Bound Plastic) and Indonesia Halal—delivering a circular, traceable raw material that keeps plastics out of landfills and oceans without compromising performance.

II

Recycled Hot Washed PET Flakes

Sourced entirely from post-consumer beverage bottles, our recycled PET flakes are hot-washed, metal-sorted, and optical-cleaned to deliver < 50 ppm PVC, < 0.05 % moisture, and consistent 10–14 mm flake size—ready for bottle-to-bottle re-polymerization, sheet extrusion, strapping, fibre, or non-woven applications. Certified GRS, ISO 9001/14001, ISCC, OBP (Ocean-Bound Plastic), and Indonesia Halal, these clear, light-blue flakes give you a traceable, circular feedstock that matches virgin quality while diverting plastic from landfills and oceans.

III

Recycled Plastic Pellets

We supply a full portfolio of recycled plastic pellets—rHDPE, rLDPE, PP/PE,  and rABS— all reclaimed from rigorously sorted post-consumer streams, hot-washed, melt-filtered and twin-screw compounded for virgin-like consistency. Every grade carries GRS, ISO 9001/14001, ISCC and OBP (Ocean-Bound Plastic) certifications, giving manufacturers a single, traceable solution to hit recycled-content and carbon-reduction targets without sacrificing processing efficiency or part performance.

IV

Recycled PET Strapping Belt

Our recycled PET strapping belts are extruded from 100 % post-consumer rPET flakes, then heat-treated and embossed to deliver high tensile strength (400–1 000 N/mm²), very low elongation (<8 %), and excellent split-resistance—an eco-smart replacement for steel or virgin-PET straps when securing pallets, timber, bricks, metals, and cartons. Offered in widths of 9–32 mm and thicknesses of 0.5–1.3 mm, each coil runs smoothly on manual and fully automatic strapping machines, with UV-stabilised and colour-custom options available. Certified GRS, ISO 9001/14001, ISCC, and OBP (Ocean-Bound Plastic), the belts give you a traceable, circular packaging solution that cuts both carbon footprint and material costs without compromising load security.

V

Food Grade rPET Pellets

Our food-grade rPET resin is produced from 100 % post-consumer beverage bottles and undergoes hot washing, multi-stage decontamination, and solid-state polycondensation to achieve crystal-clear pellets with an intrinsic viscosity of 0.80 ± 0.02 dl/g, ultra-low acetaldehyde (<1 ppm), and <50 ppm total contaminants—matching virgin PET performance in bottle-to-bottle, sheet, and thermoforming lines while cutting lifecycle CO₂ by up to 70 %. Fully traceable and audit-ready, every batch carries GRS, ISO 9001/14001, ISCC, OBP (Ocean-Bound Plastic), and Indonesia Halal certifications, giving brand owners a trusted, circular raw material that keeps plastics out of landfills and oceans without compromising food-contact safety or processing efficiency.
